Neoregelia ‘Texas Tea’
A cross of Neoregelia ‘Bianca’ x ‘Tiger’ by Ray Coleman. Dark burgundy color overall with a few of the Tiger spots and bars around the base of the leaves. A large grower easily reaching three feet across. Likes bright light but not full sun. The leaves are stiff with fairly large marginal spines. Offsets before anthesis. A bold landscape plant.
